What Loyalteez Is

Loyalteez is a loyalty network. Brands plug in, define what actions earn LTZ points, and their customers earn those points by participating. LTZ can be spent on perks offered by any brand in the network — not just the one that issued them.

By using Loyalteez, you agree to these terms. They apply to everyone who uses the service: people who earn and spend LTZ ("users") and brands that run loyalty programs through us ("partners"). If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your Account

Your account is created through Privy when you first sign in (social login, email, or wallet). You're responsible for keeping your login secure. If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know at legal@loyalteez.app.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Loyalteez.

How Credits Work

LTZ are loyalty points. Brands buy LTZ from us and distribute them to customers for actions they want to reward. Customers spend LTZ on perks offered by brands across the network. That's the whole loop.

• Brands decide what actions earn LTZ and how many
• Perk prices are set by the brand offering the perk
• LTZ are non-transferable — you earn them from brands and spend them on perks, that's it
• LTZ don't expire while your account is active
• All LTZ activity is recorded on a public blockchain ledger for transparency

We may adjust how LTZ are earned or redeemed as the network evolves. If we make material changes, we'll give you advance notice.

What We Expect From You

Use Loyalteez honestly. Specifically, don't:

• Create fake accounts or use bots to farm LTZ
• Exploit bugs in the reward system (report them instead — we appreciate it)
• Harass other users or brand partners
• Use the platform for anything illegal
• Attempt to break into systems or access other people's accounts

If you break these rules, we'll contact you first for minor issues. Repeated or severe violations (fraud, abuse, illegal activity) may result in account suspension and loss of accumulated LTZ.

What You Can Expect From Us

We'll do our best to keep the platform running, secure, and fair. That said, we're a startup building in public. The service is provided as-is — we don't guarantee 100% uptime or that everything will work perfectly all the time.

Perks are fulfilled by the partner brands that offer them, not by Loyalteez. If a brand doesn't deliver on a perk, we'll help you resolve it, but we can't force a third party to fulfill their offer. We take partner quality seriously and will remove brands that consistently fail to deliver.

Your Data

We store what's needed to run the service: your account info, LTZ balances, and activity history. We don't sell your data.

LTZ transactions are recorded on a public blockchain ledger — this is what makes balances transparent and auditable. Off-chain data (account details, preferences, activity logs) can be deleted on request — email legal@loyalteez.app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. For material changes (anything that affects your rights or how LTZ works), we'll give 30 days notice via email or through the platform. If you keep using Loyalteez after that, you're accepting the updated terms.

Liability

We're not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost data, etc.) arising from your use of Loyalteez. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of $100 or whatever you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Alpha4 Labs is incorporated.
